Gates open at 6am and we need all athletes onsite no later than 6:30am

ATHLETES REGISTRATION

Athletes need to register on Friday night before the event anytime between 5pm - 7pm.
Athlete registration will be held at DISCIPLINE PERFORMANCE GYM (60 Sir William Avenue, East Tamaki).
Please do not park in-front of any of the buildings and park on the road.
You will receive ALL your team bands and these must be worn on the day as your entry.
You are welcome to have only 1 team representative to come on behalf of your team.

We have organised our judges and head judge to do a briefing before your WODS so not to worry if you are unsure about anything. As always, Deach will have a question box on instagram before the event so keep an eye out to ask any questions or view any answers.

TEAM UNIFORMS

Due to the delayed orders from a few teams - All uniforms will be shipped direct to Discipline Performance Gym in East Tamaki, Auckland.
We want to ensure all team members have their uniform before Oceania Cup and therefore they will be ready and sorted for pick up at the registration on the Friday before Oceania.
Due to unforeseen circumstances with Maxlift Australian, this was out of our control but we have made sure we have chosen the best alternative option.

ATHLETE VILLAGES

NO NEED TO BRING YOUR GAZEBO.

Every team representing their chosen nation will be stationed together for the duration of the day.  Village Marquees have been provided and set up for you.  Teams are responsible for who they allow into the tent area but we ask that you keep these areas reserved specifically for Athletes - do not bring valuables with you. Please respect your space and leave it as you find it.

EVENT PARKING - LIMITED (WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU GET DROPPED OFF)

There is very limited off street parking available around the venue.

There is a drop off zone on Stadium Road and we encourage athletes to get dropped off or carpool where possible.

The Pasifika Festival will be running at the same time and we don’t want any of our athletes held up with not being able to find parking, so please use the drop off option.
