A big thank you to you all for helping support our Kiwi athletes compete in the CrossFit Games 2023. We couldn’t be more proud of their efforts during their season.

ATTENTION ATHLETES - Due to this unpredictable Auckland weather we have decided to keep ALL our Words in the tennis dome undercover, This will lead to a shorter distance in length of our shuttle runs in WOD 2. Head judge will brief you of that distance on the day.

Registration will be open from 5.30am please make sure you’re on time so that you’re not late for your first briefing in the athlete waiting area (See site map)

ATHLETE REGISTRATION WILL BE AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE TENNIS CENTRE WHERE YOU WILL CHECK IN AND RECEIVE YOUR WRIST BAND.

Things to remember

WARM UP ZONE – Our warm up area will be in the Athlete Village (Blue Block) Make sure you’re warming up 20minutes before your heat starts

ATHLETE WAITING AREA - We have a designated area where all athletes must be waiting 10 minutes before your WOD begins, Enter through Athlete entrance (Green block on site map)

If you are not there on time, unfortunately you will miss out on that WOD. BE SHARP!! Urgency is key.

BE PREPARED!! This is a big one! Please KNOW the WOD before doing the WOD, remember your judge is there to count and check your movement standards are correct. The better you understand the WOD, the easier it is for our judges to do their job.

COMPLAINTS/DISPUTES - As you know the competition floor can be very competitive at times and our judges are only human.  If you feel like you were misjudged and have video footage to back your complaint, please make your way to REGISTRATION where they will take your details and one of our lead judges/team members will be in-touch with you.
