Athlete Village Area: BRING YOUR 3 X 3 GAZEBOS AND TENTS for your athletes. Please be prepared if it does rain. Bring tie downs and weights so your tent is secure. The complex outside can get very windy so you must bring at least 40kgs or more to tie down and secure each corner down. Dress warm and bring your rain coat. You can set up the day before from 2pm onwards.

IMPORTANT - Gazebos have to be a 3x3 Marquee and no bigger, Unfortunately due to the venue requirements anything bigger is considered “Structure” which is not allowed in this area. Each 3x3 gazebos must be placed 1m apart with at least 40kgs of weight to secure the corners. Sorry for this convenience but we have to abide by the venue rules and requirements.

ATHLETE INJURY and SUBSTITUTES during the event - In the case of an athlete sustaining an injury or being unable to compete on the day, their team will unfortunately be automatically disqualified. It is not permissible to substitute another athlete in their place. However, if a team wishes to continue with a substitute athlete solely for the purpose of completing the day, that is acceptable. It is important to note, though, that the score for the events in which the substitute participates will still be recorded as zero.

Additional Notes:

  • Help keep the venue clean; keep your area nice and tidy

  • Arrive on time to avoid missing a WOD.
